The Marketing & Outreach Coordinator will be part of the Marketing & Immunization Team. In this role, you will be coordinating our advertising, (re)branding, digital marketing strategy, events, marketing collateral, public relations, and our worksite immunization clinics.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Prioritize and organize work assignments, track progress and report regularly to Marketing Manager.
  • Manage special events sponsored by the company as directed by the Marketing Manager.Responsible for helping coordinate all our worksite immunization clinics:
    • Scheduling
    • Ordering
    • Traveling (Oahu, some neighbor island)
    • Packing supplies
    • Maintaining inventory
    • Maintaining customer relationships
  • Promote and monitor the company’s internal and external communication strategy.
  • Create new ideas and develop promotions for different Pharmacare entities.
  • Design printed materials as requested (to include signs, brochures, ads, flyers, letterhead, etc.)
  • Content curation and writing for website, newsletter, app, and other consumer facing materials to increase engagement and measurable results
  • Develop and execute the Digital Marketing & Social Media strategy.
  • Update Facebook at regular intervals at least twice per week as approved by Marketing Manager.
  • Update website announcements at least once every two weeks with approval of Marketing Manager.
  • Create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
  • Update Intranet page with marketing announcements when needed with approval of Marketing Manager.
  • Editing photos and videos for use in marketing and patient education purposes.

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or Communications; MBA or MACOMM preferred.

Minimum of 1 to 3 years of marketing, event management or graphic design work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Excellent verbal, presentation skills and written communications a must.

Must be adaptable and able to work in various work environments.
