$5 for 2 hours parking validation. Pay cash at the door for parking validation; thereafter, $2.50 per half hour paid to booth attendant upon departure.

Harbor Court Municipal Parking
$0.75 per half hour up to 2 hours; thereafter, $1.50 per half hour paid to booth attendant upon departure.

Other parking garages are also available in the area.

SPEAKERS

  • Michael Stollar, is Vice President of Marketing and Communications for HMSA (Hawaii Medical Service Association), the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Hawaii. In over two decades with the plan he has worked his way through Underwriting, IT, Corporate Planning, New Product Development, Dental Management, and E-business. Michael has led undertakings as diverse as running a statewide network of dental centers, developing an online advance directives repository, establishing a health care business incubator, and developing the first health plan sponsored, on-demand, interactive cable television station in the nation. He recently oversaw HMSA's go-to market campaign for its new online care program, and is now involved with the company's 2.0 and IHMS initiatives.
  • Paul Barton, ABC, has been in corporate communications for more than 12 years and currently is Director of Employee Communication at Hawaiian Airlines. Since coming to Hawaiian in April of 2008, Paul has devised an innovative employee communication strategy, reinvented the company's intranet, and introduced podcasts, webcasts and a wildly popular daily e-letter. Before coming to Hawaiian, Paul led employee communication teams at PetSmart (the world's largest pet products retailer), America West Airlines (now US Airways), Phelps Dodge Corp. (the world's largest publicly traded copper mining company), and APS (the largest power company in Arizona). Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
Advance registration will close at 3 p.m. on the day prior to the event. After that, a $5 walk-in fee will apply. Cancellations will be accepted up to one week prior to the event. Due to out-of-pocket expenses incurred, there is a $5 cancellation fee for reservations made via credit card; no refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline; and no- shows will be invoiced.
